We are specialists in IT solutions for real estate. With real-time market insights and unique CRM solutions, we bring together supply and demand for homes.
New name
In recent years, we have significantly expanded our Real Estate IT services.
In addition to NieuwbouwOffice, we have also developed VerhuurOffice, a completely new CRM focused on the re-rental of existing properties.
As a result, our company name, Nieuwbouw Nederland, no longer reflected the scope of our services. Due to this expansion, we decided to change our overarching company name to Xitres.

From new construction platform to real estate IT specialist.
2007: Nieuwbouw-Nederland starts as an online supply platform for new construction
The story of Xitres begins in 2007 in a tense housing market. We started our first new construction platform: nieuwbouw-hengelo.nl. On this platform we mapped out the housing requirements for all new construction locations in our home base of Hengelo.
Brokers loved our platform. They collected all leads and housing requirements, took them to the project developers who owned the land, and immediately sold the first homes.
2009: Project developers increasingly called us in themselves
Project developers wanted insight into housing needs, had their project websites built by us, wanted to enter their homes, connect them to home seekers and keep track of the status of the homes. This is how Nieuwbouw Office came into being.
2012: NieuwbouwOffice goes live as CRM for new construction
We start as CRM for interests and options for new-build homes for sale.
NieuwbouwOffice is now one of the largest CRM systems for new-build projects (purchase and rental) in the Netherlands
2020: The introduction of VerhuurOffice
In just over a year, we built a special CRM for re-letting. In addition to new-build homes, we have since been able to serve our clients for the rental of existing rental homes.
Within a year, we have facilitated almost 4,000 successful rental transactions.
In 2021, Nieuwbouw-Nederland will be called Xitres.
The new name better reflects the broad IT services we offer to the real estate sector. We are still the same independent organisation.
1-11-2023 launch www.nieuwbouw.nl
Xitres has launched the most up-to-date national new construction platform in the Netherlands (www.nieuwbouw.nl) in collaboration with Stichting Nieuwbouw.nl
